INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A well-known physician in Vero Beach has been sentenced to one year in jail for battery, following multiple allegations of inappropriate conduct that date back over a decade, the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office announced on Monday.
The Sheriff’s Office said that 63-year-old Dr. Christopher Olenek, a physician who was trusted by his patients and staff, faced allegations involving nine reported incidents dating back to 2011.
