RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. — A man was arrested on burglary charges after being caught inside a local business during an active break-in, according to the Rancho Cordova Police Department.
Police said patrol units were called after the business owner reported an unauthorized entry and observed a suspect inside the building through CCTV cameras.
