Lottie’s Café in Glen Carbon is now expected to open later in May.
In an email sent April 28, owner Rick Frey said floor work is scheduled for this week and equipment will be moved in shortly afterward. Frey said in March that he was hoping to open the restaurant May 1.
The café has been in the works for several years. Frey said in March that he signed a letter of intent in February 2022 to take over the space at 88 Magnolia Drive, Building A, Suite E, in Meridian Plaza…
