MOUNT VERNON, Ind. (WEVV) — The Mount Vernon Indiana Police Department is mourning the loss of a longtime officer who served the community for more than three decades.
Anthony “Tony” Stallings died April 26. According to the police department, he served the city for more than 30 years.
