A woman from Fresno, California, has filed a federal lawsuit for an alleged false DUI charge that came a few days after her wedding.
Brianna Longoria claims she was falsely arrested for a DUI by Phoenix police in December 2024 despite despite blowing a 0.00 or “triple zeros” on a breath test. She was driving a rented vehicle alongside her newly married husband when she was pulled over.
