Missed Court Date Triggers DUI Warrant in Kennett Square

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — An arrest warrant has been issued for a Delaware man accused of driving under the influence after he failed to appear for a preliminary hearing, according to Kennett Square police.

Police reported that Roman Nochebuena-Urcid, 28, of Hockessin, Delaware, is wanted in connection with a DUI case stemming from a March traffic stop in the borough.
