EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A former Rensselaer cookie shop is slated to reopen this Saturday after moving locations. Upstate Cookie Shack will now be located at 274 Troy Road in East Greenbush.

The business announced in January that it was preparing to move out of its North Greenbush Road location. Its new spot, which sits across from the East Greenbush Walmart and next door to Sports Clips, is about 600-square-feet bigger than its previous building, owners Alicia and Rob told NEWS10.
“We are super excited about opening,” the couple said. “We have been closed since February, which seems like forever ago, and we are ready to get back to doing what we love.”…
