LENEXA, Kan. (KCTV) – The owners and operators of the Radisson Hotel Lenexa Overland Park have sued the city of Lenexa, arguing the city unlawfully condemned the hotel and then blocked repair work meant to address mold and other code violations.
The lawsuit, filed in Johnson County District Court, seeks a temporary restraining order and injunctions against the city.
