I-70 exit and entrance ramps to close for Buc-ee’s construction

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) – A stretch of Interstate 70 in Kansas City, Kansas, will soon see significant disruptions as major traffic changes begin next week due to Buc-ee’s construction.

Officials announced the temporary closure of I-70 exit and entrance ramps at North 110th Street starting this Saturday as part of a construction project tied to the area’s growing development.

The closure is for crews to complete safety and infrastructure upgrades on the overpass, including structural repairs, surface improvements, ramp widening, and the installation of new traffic signals.
