Woman injured after motorbikes tear through Dimple Dell Park on Earth Day

SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — Earth Day at Dimple Dell Regional Park turned chaotic after a group of motorbike riders tore through the park, leaving one woman injured.

Heather Dupaix was attending an Earth Day celebration at the 630-acre park when a group of riders began speeding through trails, kicking up gravel and riding dangerously close to families and children. Motorized vehicles are not allowed inside the park.

“A very serious level of not caring,” Dupaix said. “This is no longer some kind of funny shenanigans. It was a coordinated level of, ‘I don’t care that I just hurt you.’”…
