CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Charleston Police are warning drivers to expect delays in the downtown area after a dump truck spilled its load.
Spring Street is closed between Saint Philip Street and Rutledge Avenue while crews work to clear debris.
Drivers will need to find alternate routes.
