CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — Chattanooga leaders say they want to get more people into jobs. The question is how much ground there is to make up.
The city has launched a new initiative called “One Chattanooga Works,” aimed at connecting adults ages 25 to 54 with open jobs and the training needed to get them.
A release sent out Wednesday morning says the program focuses on linking job seekers with employers and coordinating services like training, placement and career development.
