Drug Raid at Leesburg ‘Carwash’ Leads to Arrests, Seizure of Cocaine, Fentanyl and Firearms

LEESBURG, Fla. — A narcotics search at a location known as “The Carwash” in Leesburg led to the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of multiple drugs and firearms, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives with the Special Investigations Bureau executed a search warrant at 1645 Veech Road on April 23rd, a site authorities described as a fake business used for drug activity. The Lake County SWAT Team secured the scene before investigators conducted a search of the property.

During the search, deputies recovered cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, cannabis and multi-colored pills initially believed to be ecstasy but later identified as methamphetamine. Investigators also found drug paraphernalia and two firearms, including one reported stolen in Leesburg in October 2025…
