SAN DIEGO — Neighbors in Ocean Beach expressed their frustrations on Wednesday, saying that a group of vans has remained parked in the same location for the past ten days, violating the city’s 72-hour parking ordinance.
Residents say they have filed multiple Get It Done requests through the city’s app, but their complaints have gone unanswered.
