ST. LOUIS – A large pile of undelivered mail was found on a vacant lot in north St. Louis, offering possible answers for residents across the region who say they have struggled for months to receive important deliveries.
Among them is Beverly Woodson, who lives in south St. Louis and says her mail service has become unreliable.
“The mail people don’t deliver it to us,” Woodson said. “We don’t never get the mail like we used to.”…
