Eden Prairie police arrested a Minneapolis man during an April 25 traffic stop after officers found he was wanted on a federal criminal warrant out of Texas, according to police and federal court records.
Bryan Alexander Garcia Diaz, 28, remains listed in ICE custody while two federal proceedings move forward: a Texas criminal case alleging improper entry and a Minnesota habeas corpus petition challenging his detention.
