Walzem Road Shooting Leaves One Critical As Suspect Walks Into SAPD

Tuesday afternoon turned grim on the Northeast Side when a person was shot at a business in the 5000 block of Walzem Road, leaving the victim in critical condition. Windcrest police said the suspected shooter later walked into the San Antonio Police Department to turn themselves in and was transferred into Windcrest custody. The case remains under investigation, and police have not released the names of anyone involved.
