COHOES, N.Y. (WRGB) — A Cohoes man has been arraigned on charges related to illegally selling guns to undercover officers.
Bazeil Phoenix, 32, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal sale of a firearm, and criminal possession of cannabis. He pleaded not guilty.
