ST. LOUIS – Investigators have identified a bicyclist killed in a hit-and-run crash last week in Dutchtown.
The crash happened just before 11 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, in an alley behind the 4700 block of South Grand Boulevard.
According to Evita Caldwell, a St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department spokeswoman, Steven Nodiff of Oakville was riding his bicycle in the alley when he was struck by a 2012 Toyota Scion driven by Edward Duncan. The vehicle then crashed into a garage in the alley.
