Genoa, Nev. — Law enforcement officers carried a baton with the name of slain North Las Vegas police officer Jason Roscow to Carson City. Douglas took charge of the second to the last leg on Highway 208 near Topaz Ranch Estates on Wednesday morning.
The Nevada State Law Enforcement Memorial ceremony is 1 p.m. today on the state Capitol Complex in Carson City where Roscow’s name will be added to those of all 158 Nevada law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
