A swarm of dirt bikes and ATVs tore through Euclid streets Monday night, zipping through traffic, jumping onto sidewalks and gliding right past police cruisers as cameras rolled. Neighbors say the riders roared into northeast Cleveland too, and some residents told reporters the speed and stunts felt threatening.
