Southwest Florida housing prices are crashing back down to earth in the latest 2026 data after the frenzied surge earlier in the decade.
But even then, they’re still not affordable enough for a lot of the region’s residents, as they also deal with record pricing on household goods and other needs of the past year and now cope with suddenly, dramatically elevated costs at the gas pump.
