HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A lawsuit filed by two former Horry County Police Department employees against ex-Deputy County Administrator Randy Webster could be headed to mediation soon, attorneys said on Thursday.
Webster on Oct. 17 announced his plans to retire while he was being interviewed by HR about a sexual harassment claim against him, and his last day of work was Nov. 3. He cited health reasons for his retirement.
