ATKINS, Iowa (KCRG) – A former Atkins city clerk pleaded guilty April 30 as part of a fraud case, according to court records.
Amber Bell pleaded guilty to Felonious Misconduct in Office, a Class D felony.
As part of a plea deal chares of Ongoing Criminal Conduct – Unlawful Activity and Unauthorized Use of Credit Card have been dropped.
