Cedar Rapids man to plead guilty in 2024 crash that killed motorcyclist

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man has agreed to plead guilty to homicide by vehicle in connection with a 2024 crash that killed a motorcyclist.

30-year-old Spenser Kann is scheduled to plead guilty to one count of homicide by vehicle at a hearing May 11 at the Linn County Courthouse. If the plea is accepted, all other charges will be dropped.
