PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — High temperatures are hitting the Rose City and that means more people will be out on the water enjoying the weather.
For those out getting some use out of their paddleboards and kayaks, this is the first summer where a new Oregon law is in place requiring permits for all non-motorized boats.
