SALT LAKE CITY — For months, KSL Investigates asked the state for a master plan showing why leaders were confident in the location and plan for the centralized homeless campus on Salt Lake City’s west side. The Department of Workforce Services denied several of those records requests.
State officials said a master plan did not exist and that none was presented before the Utah Homeless Services Board, despite records suggesting one would be presented in January 2025.
