Lansing is a foodie haven. There are numerous local spots serving a variety of cuisines and food types all across town.
Lansing’s Restaurant Boom Continues
Not to mention that Lansing has seen numerous openings over the course of 2025 and so far into 2026. Over 50 restaurants opened in Greater Lansing in 2025, and so far 2026 has seen over 15 openings.

New Sign Spotted on Michigan Avenue
Have you seen the sign on Michigan Avenue near Hayford in Lansing’s Eastside Neighborhood? It’s a sign for Scoop’ N Chill with Bubble Joy.
The sign seems to be for a small building at the back of the parking lot.
