A Louisiana couple is behind bars after one of them allegedly dragged a teen’s face in dog urine.
Prairieville couple Gina Sagona, 44, and Mark Sagona, 45, were arrested on child cruelty charges in April after detectives responded to a reported child abuse incident involving a 14-year-old boy and dog urine, the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) said in a news release on Wednesday, April 29.
