MOUNT VERNON, Iowa — Sidewalk chalk is turning downtown Mount Vernon into an outdoor art gallery this weekend.
Chalk the Walk is in its 21st year in Mount Vernon. Organizers say more than 160 artists are part of this year’s festival.
