Two teenagers face felony charges after a 12-year-old child sustained serious injuries at an Upstate New York playground when the pair allegedly used an electric motorcycle to spin playground equipment, ejecting the victim.
The Mechanicville Police Department arrested a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old on Friday, charging each with one count of first-degree reckless endangerment, a class D felony. The department will not release the suspects’ names because of their ages.
