SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (WNYT) – An Averill Park woman was arrested after police say she robbed a store in Saratoga Springs.
According to Saratoga Springs Police, Debra Kiely, 59, was arrested after allegedly robbing Piper Boutique on Broadway.
