ELMWOOD, La. (WGNO) — A bicyclist is dead as the result of a crash in Jefferson Parish.
Louisiana State Police troopers said around 6 a.m. on May 1, they began investigating a two-vehicle crash in Elmwood, involving a bike ridden by 50-year-old Carl Stewart.
