LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – WAVE news troubleshooters watched police lead Donnie Morris out of his house in handcuffs after he was charged with fourth-degree assault.
Morris is currently serving a 90-day home incarceration sentence for keying another man’s car. But the sentencing judge didn’t know Morris also got in a fight with that same man just days following the keying incident.
At his last hearing, the prosecutor called Morris a menace to society and said he should be sent to prison.
Keying incident at Chickasaw Park
Judge Jennifer Bryant Wilcox ruled in early April Morris should not be sent to prison for keying Richard Davis’ car in Chickasaw Park last August…
