MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A United States Secret Service employee has been arrested in Florida for allegedly exposing himself.
John Andrew Spillman, 33, was taken into custody Monday morning and booked into the Miami-Dade jail on a charge of indecent exposure.
