ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Another beloved ice cream flavor has made its way back to Stewart’s Shops. Peanut Butter Pie features a peanut butter ice cream base with a chocolate cookie crumb swirl and mini peanut butter cups.

“We’ve been a little nutty without this flavor, so it’s time to bring it back,” Stewart’s announced on social media on Wednesday.
The flavor is available for a limited time as a prepacked pint. Its release comes just over a week after another popular flavor, Chocolate Buttered Almond, returned to Stewart’s ice cream counters for the first time since 2015.

The company, which has locations across New York, Vermont and New Hampshire, has been on a streak of new ice creams. In March, Stewart’s began rolling out seven other limited-edition flavors for the summer season, including After Dinner mint, Strawberry Shortcake, Sunshine Swirl and Peanut Butter Brownie Bonanza.
A rebranded Mint Cookie Crumble, coined the “Bel-Mint Stakes”, is also available through June 7 in celebration of the upcoming Belmont Stakes at the Saratoga Race Course. You can find your nearest store, or a full roster of ice cream flavors, on the Stewart’s website…
