CLEVELAND, Ohio — The region’s three largest hospital systems saw mixed results in the Leapfrog Group’s spring 2026 Hospital Safety Grades, with University Hospitals’ main campus slipping from an A to a B grade, while Cleveland Clinic’s main campus and MetroHealth System again received C grades.
Overall, four Clinic hospitals and four UH hospitals earned A grades in the Leapfrog Group’s spring 2026 grades.
