STOCKTON, Calif. — A suspicious death is being investigated after a man was found dead near a shoreline in Stockton, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies responded at about 7:15 p.m. on May 4 to North Rio Blanco Road, near Stefani Road, after receiving a report of a person down in the water.
