NORWOOD (WKRC) – After decades of flooding concerns on Elm Street in Norwood, residents are celebrating the completion of a major sewer project city leaders say should help keep water out of homes when it rains.
Norwood Mayor Victor Schneider said flooding on that street has been a problem for at least 50 years.
