MADISON, Wis. — A family was displaced following a fire on Madison’s east side Wednesday morning.
A passerby reported smoke coming from an attached garage of a duplex on Mile Lane at around 10:05 a.m.
Medic 8 and Engine 5 arrived on the scene within five minutes and observed a light haze of smoke. They also discovered a fire in the garage that spread into the attic…
