» Mass Shooting Defendant to Serve 5 Years for Conspiracy

One of two co-defendants in a Carrollton Ridge mass shooting will serve five years in prison after pleading guilty to illegal firearm possession and two conspiracy charges on May 6.

On Wednesday, the prosecution explained to Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Michael A. DiPietro that the defendant, 30-year-old Deion Briscoe, was arrested in connection to a June 23, 2025 mass shooting that left two 14-year-old boys, one 18-year old man and one 38-year-old woman injured on the 1900 block of McHenry Street.

Upon arrest, Briscoe was charged with four counts each of attempted first-degree murder, firearm use, seven counts of conspiracy and several related gun offenses…
