CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – One of the two children charged in connection with the brutal assault of a 5-year-old Cleveland girl last year will be held in the juvenile detention center after a hearing on Monday.
On April 1, Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court Judge Kristin Sweeney ordered the two children to undergo competency restoration before they can stand trial.
