The Foster-Glocester Regional School District says the investigation involving former Ponaganset High School teacher Alisha Crins is entering a “new phase” after Rhode Island State Police completed their investigation into allegations involving a former student.
NBC 10 News obtained a new statement from the district Thursday outlining a detailed timeline of the case and the school department’s response over the past seven months.
