AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Two of the three men indicted earlier this year on federal weapons charges have reached plea agreements. 28-year-old Austin Gykgraaf agreed to plead guilty to one count of “Convicted Felon in possession of Firearms.” While 25-year-old Erminio Lujan has agreed to plead guilty to “Possession of Stolen Firearms.”
Both Dykgraaf and Lujan, along with their co-defendant, 27-year-old Zaneth Montgomery, were charged with one count of “Conspiracy to Possess Stolen Firearms,” “Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun,” and three counts of “Possession of Stolen Firearms.”
According to the Factual Resume filed in the case, Dykgraaf and Lujan admitted to stealing weapons from vehicles in the Amarillo, Rolling Hill, and Tierra Grande areas of Potter County.
Dykgraaf and Lujan will be re-arraigned and sentenced at later dates.
