I’m back, via web, to talk about something that has been on my mind for years now. I live in South Huntsville (don’t look me up please) and for the past six years, I’ve seen a ton of new restaurants open up in the area, like a 7Brew, Whataburger and Slim Chickens. There is even a new Chipotle being built right now as a type this.
Those places are great and all, but I NEED MORE! Especially with all the new folks coming from Space Command, soon to crowd up the place, notably the roads (I’m looking at you Memorial Parkway)…
