CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Linn County judge has defaulted the owners of Sky Mall in their lawsuit against Stellantis after they failed to respond to the lawsuit.
Stellantis Financial Group filed a lawsuit against Sky Auto Mall and its owners in March, claiming Sky Auto Mall had schemed to defraud them and other lenders and owes more than $12 million.
