Officers find cocaine in vehicle and stop smuggling attempt at San Diego Ports of Entry

SAN DIEGO (KYMA) – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers stopped smugglings attempts at two Ports of Entry.

On April 28 at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, CBP officers stopped a 21-year-old man in a Ford-250 and referred him to secondary inspection.

A canine team alerted the officers, who then found 81 packages of cocaine within a spare tire and gas tank…
