A former New Rochelle teacher accused of threatening the superintendent returned to Westchester after being found in Louisiana.
The New Rochelle Police Department says Samuel McVey was stopped by officers in Baton Rouge on April 24 and arrested on an extraditable warrant for criminal contempt.
