AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police were on the scene of a barricaded subject in the 3400 block of Kay Street in east Austin on Saturday.
During a press briefing, APD said arriving officers located a victim just after 1:30 p.m. The victim’s injuries and condition was not provided.
