MADISON, Wis. — A 69-year-old woman was arrested early Wednesday morning for her third alleged operating while intoxicated offense in downtown Madison.
Officers were patrolling the 500 block of State Street when they spotted a truck driving down the street that hit a curb just before 1:55 a.m.
